Many consumer stakeholders are excited about this new product line, while providers such as pharmacies, natural health food stores, and other retailers are casting a watchful eye; torn between developing market strategies to meet demand while also watching for state and federal regulatory oversight. This webinar will discuss the various aspects of CBD regulations and market trends to give stakeholders a better understanding of the CBD environment for patient and market opportunities.

Learning Objectives for Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians:
1. Identify what is CBD and how is it different from THC;
2. Describe how the DEA and FDA view CBD products;
3. Identify FDA warning letter patterns;
4. Describe what hemp genetics are;
5. Recognize how states are regulating CBD;
6. Discuss tips for retailers trying to get into the market.
